After ordering your custom designed jewelry, a package will be sent to you for your return to our studio with your ash packet sealed with an assigned serial number. The serial number will remain with your order through each phase of production to assure inventory control.
After ordering your custom designed jewelry, You will be sent an cremains collection kit. In this kit there will be a plastic spoon and two small Ziploc bags, One smaller than the other. The cremains that your shipping for your piece, go in the smaller of the two bags. Both bags have bar codes on them assuring your order is never crossed with another one. Also in this kit contains a return shipping label prepaid. The package has to be sent to us by USPS express mail ONLY with the Cremated Remains label that we provide to you stuck to the outside of the envelope .This is the law, and we have to abide by it.
When you place your order with Be With Me Jewelry your ash collection kit is sent to you and at the same time your jewelry goes into production as well as the glass for your piece is set aside in a job container with a corresponding barcode to the ashes to be received. We will ship your completed jewelry back to you within 2 to 4 weeks of us receiving your ashes. Any unused ashes will be sent back with your jewelry to you.

If you happen to be located within a 30 mile radius of Port St. Lucie, FL you may call our office at 561-660-0526 to schedule an appointment to either drop off your cremation collection kit or to pick up your finished jewelry.
There will be no refunds as each piece is individually unique and made for the one receiving it. Quality control is taken at every stage of manufacturing and prior to shipping assuring you get a quality item.
